NJSL caught up with Bobby Flay at the opening of Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP), where every juicy burger can be ordered “crunchified” with a layer of potato chips. Orders are placed fast food style but a server will bring the order to your table where you’ll find an array of tasty sauces with a nod to Flay’s signature south-western style.
