NJ Fashion Week, October 11-12

We've got a style all our own... and it's not just big hair! Jersey is full of trendsetting, fashionable and beautiful ladies. 

Join them this Monday and Tuesday, October 11th and 12th, at the debut of

New Jersey Fashion Week 

 More interactive and innovative than traditional Fashion Weeks, the events will be held at one of our most elegant venues, the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange.  There will be a fashion runway show,  an accessories showcase, hair runway presentation, beauty bar, and sponsor exhibitions, as well as awards honoring the evening’s talent.  

The event is open to the public, and attendees will be invited to mingle with celebrity soap stars, athletes, New York and New Jersey fashion and beauty editors as well as notable celebrity stylists and personalities.

Tickets are $100 and can be purchased online at newjerseyfashionweek.com.

 No tickets will be sold at the door.

WINE LIBRARY CELEBRATES 10TH ANNUAL SUPER TASTING

MADE IN THE SHADE

It may not be October yet but the Oktoberfest celebration has already started at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. Hearty Bavarian dishes are being served at all eight restaurants now through Sunday October 3.
In addition to their food offerings, the restaurant will serve their special Oktoberfest beer, a full-bodied amber lager with a malty, bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish. It is a traditional German festival beer.
